This post is about an exfoliating gel and two toners that I am currently using and I like. I think they are ideal for the summer when heat tends to dehydrate the skin.
AVÈNE
GENTLE EXFOLIATING GEL

The formula contains cellulose and jojoba wax microbeads to gently remove dead skin. This, makes the product suitable for sensitive skin.
The niacinamide and the sodium salicylate complement the microbeads’ mechanical exfoliation. Sodium salicylate is known for its exfoliating and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also used as a preservative in skincare products to prevent bacteria growth.
The skin becomes more radiant and smooth.
Contains also the Avène Spring Thermal Water, Glycerin, Vitamin E (Tocopherol). Zinc Gluconate has healing and anti-inflammatory properties as well as regulates sebum.
It doesn’t irritate my skin. I use it once or twice per week.
AVÈNE
SOOTHING TONING LOTION

Soothing toning lotion enriched with the Avène Thermal Spring Water, Glycerin. and PCA (Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate ) . PCA has emollient properties. A toner that leaves my skin fresh and smooth without any irritation.
LA ROCHE-POSAY
TOLERIANE-SOOTHING LOTION

Contains the La Roche-Posay Thermal Water and Glycerin.
It is a soothing, gentle lotion but it doesn’t complete the makeup removal unlike other toners. It is just a soothing toner.
